Join us every Thursday for Yoga with Patty – anyone on or off Facebook can participate in this public Facebook Live event!
It is still cold and we are not able to practice in the park as of yet so let’s practice together and enjoy an all levels yoga class.
Instructor Patty Helberg has training in Hatha and Vini Yoga and her focus is on good alignment addressing the heart, body and mind.
