Asian Art Museum temporarily CLOSED

In light of the directives issued by the Governor’s office to limit the spread of coronavirus and the guidance provided by public officials to safeguard the health and safety of our community, we have made the difficult decision to close our three locations, beginning Friday, March 13 through March 31.

In an effort to prevent the spread of coronavirus the Seattle Art Museum (SAM) is temporarily closing all three sites starting March 13 and ending at the end of the month.
SAM, the newly renovated Asian Art Museum in Volunteer Park and the PACCAR Pavillion at the Olympic Scultpture Park will be closed through March 31. Programs and operations updates will be announces as museum “monitors the evolving situation.”
