It is with a heavy heart that we must cancel our Fall Restoration Day due to continued COVID restrictions. Originally planned for September 27th, this annual major stewardship event brings up to 150 volunteers in a lively and fun community-wide effort to clean up major areas of Volunteer Park. With weeds and invasive plants rampant in many of areas of the park, we are mobilizing for action once restrictions are lifted. Fall Restoration Day is Volunteer Park Trust’s annual major park clean-up event and we need your help.
We will be weeding beds, cleaning grounds, and mulching for a beautiful summer. No gardening experience necessary.
Gloves and tools will be provided. Stay for the whole event or as long as you want to help continue our restoration efforts in Volunteer Park.
This gathering is a wonderful way to meet neighbors, help our lovely park and learn more about Volunteer Park Trust.
