The City of Seattle has awarded the construction contract for the Amphitheater Project to Kassel & Associates, Inc.

The contracting company, located in Redmond, submitted a winning bid that was slightly under the City’s estimated cost for the project, and well below the competing bids.

Kassel will now be working with Seattle Parks and Recreation project managers to schedule sitework, including demolition and utility installation. Volunteer Park Trust, along with ORA Architects, will continue to provide oversight for the project.
