Seattle Chamber Music Summer Festival

Beginning at 5:30pm, family activities will begin led by community artistic partners. A food truck will also be on site.
There is a FREE Community String Play Along at 6pm where members of the community will gather together with their instruments to play Elgar’s Serenade for Strings in E minor, Op. 20 alongside SCMS Festival Musicians led by Artistic Director James Ehnes. While free, the Play Along does require advance registration.
The FREE main concert at 7pm features Kodály Duo for Violin and Cello, Op. 7 and Mozart Trio for Violin, Viola and Cello (Divertimento) in E-flat Major, K. 563. Performing in the main concert will be Artistic Director James Ehnes, Edward Arron, Cameron Crozman, Amy Schwartz Moretti, and Jonathan Vinocour.
